Well yes, a track pursuit bike has small chain and seat stays because you don't sprint on them and they are built light. So a big, HEAVY track end not only looks wrong, but is wrong.

I'm definitely not "cool" with this frame, but it sure makes me appreciate my English '59 Mercian Superlight's track ends just that much more. And here I thought the Italians could do no wrong.
