To me that's one of the most interesting things about Paramounts. I've seen some where the build quality was as good as any of the top Italian workshops, and I've seen some that make gaspipe bikes seem nice. I think they may have suffered from Monday-morning and Friday-afternoon syndrome more than any other company I can think of off the top of my head. Most of the jaw-dropping Paramounts I've seen were before 1950 or so. I remember getting the Paramount talk from a really intense Seattle Schwinn nut and I caught the fever for a while. I actually got more interested in the Superiors in the end. Anyone have the story of the Superiors? enjoy, Brandon"monkeyman"Ives SB, CA ++++++++++++++++++++ Nobody can do everything, but if everybody did something everything would get done. --Gil Scott-Heron-- ++++++++++++++++++++
