I know Rivendell sells a complete rebuild kit for the Zefal HPX pumps - includes everything you need to refurbish a pump (i'll buy the plungers off you if you don't want them). http://www.rivendellbicycles.com/webalog/pumps/28011.html I also remember seing the gasket you are talking about available through Quality in recent years.
