I'm thinking that is Jimmy Keogh over the Baltimore Bullet's left shoulder... Hey, speaking of Irishmen, anybody remember the "other Bobby Phillips"? He came to New York from his native Ireland in about 1980. I used to jokingly call him the Belfast Bullet. He never got it... He was a good guy. In his life after bike racing he married Terese DiBartolo and for a while he was working for Service Cycle until they (Service Cycle) melted down.
