I am not a Paramount expert at all but I had a full chrome Paramount lined in red too ... I think the style changed a bit over the years and "pin striping" may have stopped altogether at some point. In addition, I have seen original old Paramounts (As I scan my foggy memory banks, they might not have been necessarily chrome though) lined on the outside of the lug profile rather than down in the crack, so to speak.
