Let me chime in and say Jeff's shop is great fun to visit. It is an hour west, straight shot on the Interstate..

Jeff has the most eclectic taste in old bikes you can imagine! He has ballooners, stingrays, track bikes, lightweights and above all, early mountain bikes! All his stuff is fun to see but the mountain bikes are really a trip! He has stuff I read about in the magazines but never saw in real life! Trimble and early Fisher and Ibis and WTB and Cunningham and on and on! Off topic here but any bike nut would enjoy this stuff...

His shop is in a charming old school building in the heart of the throbbing metropolis of Statesville (Joke, it is a pretty small town.. Proof? It still HAS a downtown!) His Cross Roads Swap meet in October will be BIG this year!!
