My experience matches recent CR comments that Nitto seems to be the only manufacturer making classic 'randonneur' handlebars. However, similar-usage 'endurance' type handlebars are being made by both ITM (1 model) and Modolo (two or three models, I recall). These bars are not being imported into the USA, but I've seen them listed on several UK mail order websites.
