Hi Dave, Depending on a couple of things, this is essentially a "Team Issue". Some of these were sold with a decal that said Campione del Mondo or Tour de France. At that time, Bianchi was using recent victories to name models. It looks a little too shiny to be unrestored, but it's almost impossible to tell from pictures. Anyone know anything about it other than the stem is about 1.5" too
high in the fork?
