Looking at the Campagnolo Timeline, the Cognin plant was built in 1948 for assembling and finishing, probably Cambio Corsa, two lever changers. The Cambio Corsa was first available in 1946 and exported in 1947. I have not personally seen any original hubs with dated cones from this early, but I would suspect that Tullio was having hubs made by FB, with the Campagnolo logo, starting in 1946 or 1947. The prototype Cambio Corsa was introduced in 1933, the QR patented in 1930.
