Here is a question for the builders and modifiers out there, regarding a beautiful Torpado track bike that has been made available to me: This bike is about a 57cm (c-c), and I ride a 52. Is there such a thing as reducing the size of a frameset, while still keeping the characteristics that were intended by the master builder? does it really work if so? Is it so difficult to do that it might not be worth the cost? Track frames made by Torpado are pretty scarce, from what I can tell (by CR posts and Ebay, my only to units of measure). So I'm thinking that maybe I should grab this if no other options become available. What do you guys think? Any input will be helpful. Thanks...
BTW, my Ebay ID has changed from 'Fujifishmark' to 'Torpado1', for those of you who keep a list.
