I believe the two other "commemorative Masi 3V" frames were the bike that commemorated the Barcelona Olympics and it was built in California, and the 60th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee 3V that was built by Mondonico. I know the latter was distributed by Torelli. I don't know about the Barcelona frame. If the Russian commemorative frame was built in Italy, then I suspect it would also have been Mondonico, but since Jim Allen may have painted it, then perhaps it was built in California. Jim, help!!?? I love how this all fits together. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
