somewhat scruffy Mondia f/f here. Notice the paint like a Special, and the lugs like a Super. Appears to be the same as the red/orange one also on ebay, abeit the red/orange one is in far better condition.
Weird. I never saw a smoke/fade paint-job on Mondias with those lugs. I thought only the Supers came with those lugs. Ah well. Heck, they probably just used whatever was handy, after a certain point. Plus, that fork-and-crown is definitely late-70s at the earliest, and I'd quit looking at Mondias long before then.
