Dear Bruce, I respectfully decline. If the bike, indeed, is stolen, I'd rather someone else's identity be stolen than mine. I don't even know if that man is alive. I got the bike on eBay. The seller had picked it up on the street on large garbage pick up day. Then he told me a story about finding a $35,000 motorcycle from the 1930s in an abandoned barn... Talk about finding money in the middle of the street... Vlad LuskinSF by day Oakland by night

Sir, I respectfully suggest that I would leave them untouched (or polished for shine only). This Masi shows the former owner's obsession, and all but assures any future owners that it is equipped as when sold. I think it combines Mojo (the bike) with Funk (the obsession). What size is it? ;-)

harvey sachs never had a Masi McLean Va

Mr. Luskin, My suggestion is for you and the man who did the engraving to get together and contact the Social Security Administration and request that they let the two of you switch Social Security Numbers. Maybe a generous bribe would help.:-)
