My new Bianchi frame project has opened some mysteries. One list member told me the headbadge is from the 50s. The person I purchased it from said the 60s. It has the integrated headset but it never was chrome. The rear spacing is 110. The workmanship is crap. The lugs are barely brazed in and there are drips of braze on other parts of the bike. The only serial number is on the seat lug. The seat tube is thick and I think it is 26.2. Its not super heavy but its no lightweight.

Here are my questions: Any idea what it is? If I put it together as a 1950s Bianchi bicycle every one I can find on the web has chrome lugs did they ever make one all paint or should I have the lugs chromed?
