Hello All, Actually that was Wheelsmiths second showing of the film (back by popular demand). I highly reccommend it! Unfortunately, we never saw the end of the film, as my wife was 9 months pregnant at each showing (two year interval between shows). Towards the end of the film (each time), she nudged me to make a quick exit from Wheelsmith for fear of her water breaking and ruining Riks nice carpet. Didnt happen, didnt name the kid Faustino...did know what the end was however. Dave Martinez Fremont Ca

Yes, I can confirm that. I was at the '95 Milan trade show and the Santini booth must of had 75 different vintage reproduction jerseys that were made for the Coppi movie. There were so many I didn't bother checking them out because I figured they would be available for sale in the US at some later date (much, much later it turns out ;)

Wheelsmith in Palo Alto had the Coppi movie (theatrical movie on his life) on two video cassettes. Not a very good movie in my opinion. The actors version of bike racing was pretty laughable but they guy who was Coppi looked a LOT like Coppi.
