'70s Paramounts came with a chrome toothed hex head bolt and nut with a chrome washer. the bolt had a small dome in the center of the head. I would bet that BicycleClassics has the correct one--it looked like something that might come from Cinelli. An Allen-key type binder usually works well as an alternative, unless you have a centerpull hanger back there.

Use a socket or box wrench on the nut while holding the hex head of the bolt to keep from mangling the notch in the lug and so you don't scratch the paint. Be very gentle, as it's really easy to over tighten the nut and distort the seat lug. Those little Campy 5mm hex keys are a lot more respectful of a stamped Nervex seat lug. If the paint on the lug cracks, you have probably gone too far.
