I for one am happy the bike has sold, mostly out of greed but also because I've grown a little weary of comparing used prices to NOS prices, comparing 1972 prices to NOS prices to new prices ($400 is $1709 corrected), comparing NOS prices to prices of NOS analogous items, comparing parts prices to complete bike prices, comparing used Masi prices to NOS Schwinn prices to NOS Campagnolo prices, comparing buy-it-now prices to "market value" prices...and so forth... sheesh!
