Subject: [CR]Authenticity of Hetchins frame and Campagnolo chainring question

I've two unrelated questions regarding the authenticity of two items. First is the Hetchins on eBay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=7298&item=3608854006 The seller claims it is made 1996, but it looks older to me. Has there been a 60th anniversary Hetchins and who built it? David Millers company, someone else?

The second one is easier. Do all Campagnolo Nouvo Record chainrings have "Patent Campagnolo" or "Brev. Campagnolo" engravings? I just got a 144mm 42 teeth chainring in the classical Nouvo Record Pattern which has no "Campagnolo" written on it but the <c> ("c" in diamond) logo engraved to it. It this a genuine Campagnolo chainring or an aftermarket product?

thanks, Dirk
