Chris was a great fellow. Around a year or two ago, I traded a Frejus TDF frameset to him for a Raleigh Clubman. He had a slew of hub-geared bikes and, due to the CR list, I believe he felt the need to have at least one italian bike in the stable. I'll think of him fondly whenever I ride, or look at, the Clubman.
