Maurice Bresnahan and I are putting together an informal cycling get together for CR members and friends in late June to be held at Larz Anderson in Brookline. This is not a cycling show, just a relaxing afternoon to talk about bikes, maybe do a short ride. We'll try and have it catered. The Museums charge is $150.00 for the use of their grounds on a Sarurday, so we'll be asking for a donation from you if you want to attend. Our thought was to do something in Chris Beyer's memory that day, and if we collect more than the $150 event fee that Museum collect and the caterers fee, it would be added to any funds to be donated to a charity in Chris's memory. We'll talk to the Museum of Transportation tomorrow and post the date by weeks end.
