ITALIAN REGINA EXTRA SINGLE FREEWHEEL 22T NIB ebay Item # 2175099611 - Collectables:Transportation:Bicycle

According to the Regina Extra Catalog C-78 on page 8, the freewheel body do not seem to allow swapping out cogs. I do not see how you could loosen the main cog because I think it is permanent.
