I'd like to get me a serious piece of the action, and am casting out my proverbial net, to see who will want to enable me with some tempting morsel. To help you all out, here are some salient details, a couple of my predilictions, nay, even some of my desires: Seat-tube: 60cm c to t, give or take a cm. Particularly desirous of: British, curly/ornate lugs, neat, oldish paint. Other desires: pretty much anything made nicely, with a bit of patina to it. Intended use: from riding around on fine days, through riding around most any day. No wall-art for me (though I do admire my riders a lot too). Niches not yet filled: Pure Track bike (but I would need a front brake for the road), Folding bike(maybe a Bike Friday with Travel System?), a Hetchins, a lightweight with a 3 or 4 speed Sturmey hub. Spurious info: Having a big (50th) birthday in the middle of July. WIfe won't buy me anything(do they ever?), and I originate from Birmingham England. So I guess the perfect purchase would be something like a fancy-lugged BSA from 1953, with a Sturmey hub. Get my drift? Anyway, who'd like to tempt me into the hallowed inner sanctum of the CR Purchasers Club? Thanks
