This sounds like my c.1963 Electron Super Five. On it, the name "Claud Butler" is in block letters on a white background going up each side of the down tube (i.e. from left to right). On either end of the white background are thin bands of yellow-black-red. There is no name on the seat tube. The model name, " Electon"in script and "Super Five" in block, is on both sides of the cross tube, again on a white background with thin yellow-black-red bands at either end.

I can email a digital photo of my bike, which has all original paint and parts. Also, since I have the '68 CB catalog (obtained from CR member Peter Paine) which Norman Kilgariff posted, I can email a larger, clearer image. Finally, if you send me a picture of your frame I'll compare it to those in the '68 and '71 CB catalogs I have.
