How about DiaCompe? Similar product line to Weinmann. Dia Compe is now Cane Creek but they may still import/distribute replacement brake parts as they used to for many years (they assembled brakes in the US from parts imported from Japan).

United Bicycle Parts (if it still exists) may have them. I looked in Bike-a-log and at least two bicycle distributors had a listing for a "brake caliper cable adjusting nut" which I think is the same as the nut used on the brake pad holders. Anyway, one wholesale price listing was $.15 and one was $.45. You could order thru your LBS but expect that the dealer will reasonably mark up the price.
