Well I can't imagine there are other folks making bikes under the Bilenky name other than Stephen. Ask him yourself if there's a connection:
A few years ago Stephen and I had a lengthy email conversation to try and figure out how far back we'd have to go to find a familial connection and we figured that it was either waaaay back or there wasn't one!
