Two frames that I just don't have time to play with.

1) Allegro Special 56cm c-t / 56cm c-c. Probably late 60s. Famous tiger/smoke finish. Oiler hole in bb shell is filled with silicone sealant. It has all the cool braze-on bits including dt stops for bar-end shifters. Best guess is it had a mix of Campagnolo and Stronglight parts originally. Paint is trashed. Chrome is worse. Except on the headlugs, which will clean up well. Whether you repaint, or touch it up and ride it, who knows? Comes with original stronglight bb bearings and stronglight headset. The frame seems sound to me. I was going to build it up as is, as a classic beater, but I just don't have the time.

2) Mondia Special. Early/mid-70s. 56cm c-t/ 56.5cm c-c. Includes original Campagnolo bb bearings and steel headset. Candy blue with black/white smoke fade, and full pinstriping. Chrome is *excellent* throughout. Original finish is rough-ish, but nothing like as rough as the Allegro above. I wouldn't repaint this one. Touch it up and use it. Everything's still there, including nearly all the graphics. The st Reynolds sticker and the *Made in Switzerland* sticker are gone, but the dt graphic is nearly all there, as are the other seat-tube graphics.

$350 for both, shipped anywhere in the lower 48.

Here are a few representative pics. If you'd like more, just e-mail me privately.
