Gang,

Thanks to everyone who helped me contact Bob Freeman. I had gotten word thru the grapevine that there was a small 1971 Colnago frame in "Electric Blue" hanging on their wall and for sale. Needless to say I was VERY interested to investigate that rumor. The rumor IS true except for one thing. Its' age. It is a 1983 frame, just within the timeline for this list. It's too new for my taste but if someone is interested in it, it's apparently for sale. I don't know the exact size, but Bob does.

I just got off the phone with fellow Listmember Sterling Peters. He told me that two days ago the "had a little fight with a car". I responded with "I'll bet you didn't win". I could hear a slight strain to talk as he asked me his traditional "So how are you doin'?". A gentleman in a late modle black BMW opened his door on him just as the wheel past it. The door caught Sterlings' leg and pedal, swinging him around and twisting his body. He is OK except for some lower back issues. The Tomassini I just finished painting for him not more than two weeks ago is a little tweaked. Sterling will recover but it will probably take a while and he will be off the bike for a period. I believe he will benifit generally from the regular Yoga exercises he has done daily for many yrars. Still, it won't be fun or easy. Anyway, I'd like to extend my sympathies to Sterling and wish him a full and speedy recovery. I just gave him a pep talk.
