From: "Mike Dayton" <mdayton1@bellsouth.net> I'm setting up one of my Raleigh Intl's with a TA Cyclotouriste crank, with rings of 50/40/30, with a likely rear 6-speed cluster of 14-28 and 126 rear spacing. Any advice on front and rear ders that will work with that set-up would be appreciated.

You'll need an "alpine" style front derailleur, otherwise you won't be able to make a clean shift from the 30 to the 40 up front. You'll need to shift all the way from the 30 to the 50, and then back to the 40. I'd use a Simplex Super LJ. They are thin enough to fit between the crank arm and the outer chainring. You could also use the Mavic which was part of their mountain bike group in the late eighties.
