I mean no offense by this to anyone, but the only reason I follow this list is to receive the pithy and humorous remarks from e-Richie. I respect everyone's point of view on the "weighty issues" recently discussed, but I think it would be a shame to lose the active participation of a person like Richard Sachs. It's akin to a classical music forum/list telling Itzhak Perlman to get lost. Before anyone says they have done no such thing, I believe that you have failed to read between the lines of recent exchanges. It's not my list, I don't even participate, the closest I come to a classic bike is a Heron and my hoard of Suntour equipment (and neither of these qualify me for this list). I just think that people should be more circumspect about expressing their opinions, especially after consuming alcohol.
