Masi held a swap meet and sold tons of those crowns and tubing and other parts, I can't remember which year it was, Maybe 73? or 74? we bought some of it and so did everyone else. shops like the now out of business San Diego Old Town Cyclery and Marina Del Rey.
Better always check with Brian on those bikes as many builders used the exact same left overs to produce bikes over those years, and the full decal sets where easy to obtain also.
I sold a couple of dozen of those sets to that fellow Bob Long in the 80's and still had many left over after that.
As I said Brian would be the best one to be able to tell for sure, and I know for sure that LA dealers often asked for special made Masis some were made at Masi but many were not.
A shame but that is the way of things when an item is in high demand.
