I guess you have to read Japanese to identify all the components. Cranks are definitely TA, brakes Mafac, rear pedals look like Lyotard. However, the front pedals, shift levers and hubs sure look like Campy NR to me. Hard to see the derailleur through the rear wheel, could be a Campy Rally.
