Catalog 16 from 1968: page 31, part #628 "Front changer clip" (cable guide for Gran Sport front derailleur). I have one on my 1954 Hetchins Vade Mecum (the rear shift cable is routed under the bottom bracket to the Gran Sport rear derailleur).
