I would suggest that the repair of a sew up is much more beneficial than the TV watching.

Personal experience is that you cannot use regular patches as the tire will go thump thump with the created lump lump.

But let me tell you my story of yesterdays adventures. I was in the car driving to Altoona PA with my daughter. Went by a yard sale with a Ross in the yard going by I thought it winked at me.

I told my daughter about a T. Kellogg (sp) signature Ross that hung in the bike shop at Edinboro State College for the next ten miles. I told her that it had de ore road group and how I really wanted it then. . . and she was bored to tears with my story of a lost love.

On the way back through I stopped. Be still my heart!!!!!

Nuts. It was a signature bike but not with a signature. Still it had Ishwata triple butted tubes. I think it is a model 290 or something. It is a 57 and I'm more comfy with a 55 or so. When I asked the master of the yard the important question he answered that he wanted $4.00 . . . so I had to explain to my wife why I brought home another bike.
