Super Record calipers are the same as Record calipers (there is no "Nuovo" Record calipers. Only the levers are different.
There were Super Record hubs (large and small flange) but they were
never released for sale (to my knowledge). They had ti axles. The
axles would be the only difference between them and Record hubs (no such
thing as "Nuovo" Record hubs).

"1974 Catalog #17 is printed for the year-end trade shows.
Included are the Super Record Road and Track groups... titanium spindles
for the hubs (dropped soon after introduction)..."
Interesting to note: The catalog lists Super Record and Record groups; no "Nuovo" Record group.
The Record group includes the Nuovo Record rear derailleur, Nuovo Record bottom bracket, Record front derailleur, Record crankset, Record hubset, Record road pedals or Superlight Record road pedals, Record headset, Record seatpost, and Record brakeset. This was commonly, and incorrectly, called a "Nuovo Record group".
