The catalogues in Chuck's compilation go , '79, '81, '84, '86 etc (i.e. no catalogues for '82 and '83) show them starting in 1984. The same catalogue shows these rims as the hard anodized tubulars:
GP 4: 395 grams GL 330: 330 grams GEL 280: 280 grams CX 18: 300 grams
Sound like they fall just on the cusp of the CR timeline.
