Scott Smith (where were you today?) wrote the street names down a while back: Rose Bowl to Arroyo Seco to Mission to right on Molino to left on Monterey to right on Bedford to left on Huntington to right on San Marino to left on Longdon to left on 2nd, up to the middle school, go left, second right, left on Virginia, next right up to Sierra Madre to Beantown coffee house back to Sierra Madre to Paloma to Hill to Orange Grove to Rosemont and back to the Rose Bowl. 24.7 miles according to how you measure things.

Nice turn out today. Brian Baylis was feeling under the weather this morning so didn't make the drive up from San Diego after all. The theme was bikes built in American in honor of the 4th of July.

Jim Sikking (visiting from San Antonio, TX) - late '80s Simoncini Guy Apple (visiting from San Francisco, CA) - '73 Cinelli S.C. Charles Andrews - '78 Chris Kvale Dave Ductor - '00 Rivendell All-rounder (Kirk Goodrich) John Morrison - '81 Olmo Competition Greg Fletcher - '70 Masi G.C. Steve Som__ - '86 Ken Rogers trike Peter Moore - '70s Andre Bertin Steve Maas - '59 Allegro Dennis Kerechuk - '90 Landshark Matt Gorski - '84 Colnago Master Chuck Schmidt - '77 Mario Confente

Some new faces today. Extra fun discussing stuff in the park at the end of the ride and planing other rides in the SoCal area in the next few months. I know there are some lurkers on the CR list that live within driving distance of the Rose Bowl. Come and see what all the fun is about the first Sunday in August!
