I found a Garlatti at a Goodwill store a few months ago for $5. Neat looking, but low-end bike. Nice looking lugs, gas-pipe tubes and very thick (but I don't think forged) drop-outs, and it was fully chromed under the paint. It still had low level Campy shifters and front der. but the wheelset and rear der. had been changed. Had a very cool foil Campy sticker on the seat tube. I cleaned it up and turned it into a single speed grocery getter. Rode it around for a bit and then sold it on ebay. Here's some pics after I had worked on it.
