Jerry,

There are a few "common" paint schemes and color choices for Masi Specials from the late 60's. We need to determine more precisely the date to determine the correct paint job. There are lots of choices compared to the selection from Masi USA. The most chrome one will normally see on a Masi of that period would be fork crown and front tips, and head lugs and rear dropout faces. Most did not have chrome head lugs and rear faces by the late 60's; it's much more common in the early to mid 60's. If you have some good detail photos of the frame I can probably give you a better idea of its' age.

Anybody know what paint colors were standard coming out of Milano in the late 60's. And that leads to chrome. Head lugs, chain and seat stays would be my guess.
