I just bought it for $97.02. It will definitely need a repaint and the chrome will need a cleanup. So $250 would have been excessive considering BC was just selling NOS Zeus frames (no decals) for $250. But it has half chromed stays, an HS and a BB, so I am happy. The fellow list member selling it should be fairly happy too. It was at $28 before I started bidding. Win-win I think.
