The lugs in the photo linked to the posting that started the whole mutual bafflement look like one of the Nevex Serie Legere models. It's hard to tell exactly, as there's only one photo, from only one angle. Perhaps the owner of the bike that started it all can compare the lugs on his frame to the lugs on the web page and report back to us.
