Cork top with hemp cord to hold it to the bottle. The bottle is coated so the drink doesn't taste like aluminum, and will not absorb the taste of the drink. These bottles and cages are available through many distributors and can be filtered to bike shops and y'all without much trouble at all. Without playing favorites (....?), I'd recommend Wilson Bicycle Sales or QBP or something like that. I wish Elite made a repro of the h-bar mount bottle cage found on all the old TdF bikes. Now THAT would be cool.
