While ferreting in a friends shed last night I came upon a steel Campagnolo BB axle, with pressed on Super Record bearing races.
The axle is marked 70-SS-120 +1.0 - +1.5 so I presume that this is a 1978 axle.
Has anyone ever seen one of these before? Where does it fit into the cosmic scheme of things?
