Bill Philbrook frame for sale originally transfered as a Ken Bird {Orpington Kent). Bill and Ken were both ex Claud Butlers employees and Bill built the majority of Kens frames. It is a 23" road frame with Prugnat long spear point cutout lugs with Campag ends, very short wheelbase and hardly any rake to the front forks. Very light tubing weighs 3lbs. with headset and gear levers, $125.00 plus shipping. Frame is rust free and no dents. A masterpiece of British frame building.
