On the subject of Paramounts - I have a '73 w chrome Nervex Pro lugs, no outline. I believe they stopped outlining lugs in 71-72. I also own a '68 with Prugant lugs outlined in white. The bike is "Kool Orange" and so are the lugs. Painted Prugnat lugs may be rare as I have seen only a few and from what I can tell they only did this for a year.
