I second the vote of confidence in Veloflex tires, though I've only used the "fat" clincher, the Pave (accent grave over the "e," as in "Egbert Souse"). But for general brisk riding, it's been great, and a lot more durable in service than I expected, over roads that handily defeated unbelted Paselas (two sizes). And, of course, they look great. If they made a 28, the world wouldn't even need another tire company ;-)
