Jerry, Crown races aren't very standardized but there is some interchangeability. An NR race probably won't work with a Tange Levin HS and vice versa as Levins use 5/32" balls and NR/SR headsets use 3/16". Bearing size that the part is designed for is one of the considerations, the other is outside diameter of the widest part. You'd want clearance enough to not drag inside the lower pressed cup but not so much room that dirt would have an easy entry. There are probably some NOS Campagnolo crown races in circulation; if you want to pay way too much for one your LBS might get one from Euro-Asia Imports.
