Best current option I know of would be the Sun CR-18, available in 622 (700c) in this drilling. We stock 'em.

If you poke around eBay and other NOS sources, you might dig up something in a tubular rim. Good, lightweight clincher rims (by modern standards) didn't exist back in the 32-40 era.
