Well, doesn't that kinda depend on who you ask? My wife is probably one who would say it's for no good reason.

Though to be fair and honest, I do have to admit that when I first wheeled it down the driveway and around the corner of the house, she was standing at the back door... when she first laid eyes on it, with it's luminescent red paint, the yellow seat and handlebars, the anodized Campy, all aglow in the tree-filtered morning sunlight... her eyes got big and she said, "Oh, it's so beautiful!" The first and only time she's ever uttered such a compliment for a mere bicycle.
