[CR]Cinelli stem insert

Woe is me, for I have lost a bit of my Cinelli XA stem!! It just fell out. Would anyone have the circular Cinelli decal/logo insert, that presses into the very end of the XA stem? It is primarily black, about the size of a quarter, and about 1/8" thick. Any spares for purchase, or leads on one greatly appreciated. Thanks
