You can do your braze ons and recreate a proper Mondia paint scheme with correct decals. Ed Litton can do it all. I don't know if you followed the thread on vintage bikes in PBP, but you could go with more/wider gearing and still keep it "vintage". You need to check the brake reach, Universal 61s might be an option as they come in several lengths. As for putting modern 105 parts on it? It's your bike and you can do what you want, but if you can get what you want using primarily vintage parts, your creation is so much more appropriate.
